Due to a large demand for quality dance space, the Ballroom is currently reserved primarily for on-going dance classes and practice parties. Contact the ballroom to check availability for private dance classes and practice parties. Some Saturday nights and Sundays are available. Private dance classes may be held between 7AM and 1AM. We are a smoke- and alcohol-free establishment, but you are welcome to serve food and non-alcoholic beverages. Maximum party size is 100 people. 

All rates include the use of sound equipment. Individuals and organizations who are providing dancing opportunities or instruction on a regular basis may be eligible for a significant discount off these prices. Contact management for more information. Rates are subject to change.

The main floor at the Evergreen Ballroom can be divided into two separate rooms with a soundproofed wall. The smaller division is the Latin room. The larger division is the Smooth room. A separate Practice room is also available. We rent to dance organizations and instructors at a substantial discount.

About the Evergreen Ballroom

The Evergreen Ballroom is the dancing equivalent of the Field of Dreams... Build it and they will come! Owner and founder, Bill Grimm, opened the ballroom in 1998 as a venue for ballroom dance events and instruction. As avid social dancers, Bill and his wife and partner Marilee have a goal: to promote ballroom dance in the Rogue Valley. With the help of some artistically-talented dancing friends, Bill designed and created this modern, elegant facility which features a 3000 square foot, spring-loaded maple floor, high-quality sound equipment, and climate controls for year-round dancing. The ballroom is available to dance instructors and organizations at a substantial discount.
